Good afternoon, EOTC/Trip Permission Forms were sent home on Tuesday (please check school bags or see attached if you have not received one). This form will now last throughout the rest of your child's enrolment. We will not be asking for this form to be completed again during your time at Rewa Rewa. If you have not already done so, this form MUST be returned to the Office Monday 25 March at the latest or your child to go on next week's trip. Yr 5 & 6 still need to complete this form.
